Heroes Zone provides cleaning and pest control services in Dubai. This website is the public marketing site at herozonecleaning.com.
Information you provide
If you message us on WhatsApp or send an enquiry, you may share a name, contact number, property details, community, service interest, photos and timing. We use that information to understand the request and reply.
We do not run an online booking checkout on this website.
Website use
The site is delivered as pages you can read in a browser. We do not currently operate a customer login or a public analytics product on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
The browser may store cookies that are strictly needed for the site to function. We do not describe advertising cookies that we do not use.
WhatsApp and other tools
Enquiries sent on WhatsApp are processed on WhatsApp’s systems as well as by Heroes Zone staff who handle the conversation. Please read WhatsApp’s own terms for how that service handles messages.
The Heroes Zone mobile app, if you use it, is a separate product. App store listings are not linked from this website until official store URLs are live.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up about that visit. We do not publish a fixed retention number that has not been confirmed as a company policy.
