Dubai homes and workplaces collect dust quickly. A professional team can help, but the useful question is not who claims to be the best — it is whether the company can do the job you actually need and communicate clearly before they arrive.
Start with the service, not a slogan
Apartment cleaning, maid service, deep cleaning, office cleaning and move-in / move-out visits are different briefs. If you only need a lived-in flat kept in order, a deep-clean page is the wrong place to start. If the property is empty for handover, a regular maid visit may not be enough.
- One-off unit clean → apartment cleaning
- Recurring home help → maid service
- Built-up dirt in kitchens and bathrooms → deep cleaning
- Workplaces → office or commercial cleaning
- Handover → move-in / move-out
What to send before anyone visits
A clear brief saves a wasted visit. Share the property type, community, rooms that matter most and timing. Photos help for kitchens, bathrooms and empty units. Heroes Zone confirms the visit on WhatsApp — there is no online booking form on this website.
Claims worth skipping until they are proven
Years in business, ratings, licences and “eco” labels only help if they are current and documented. If a company cannot show them, judge the service list and the way they confirm work instead.
Cleaning and pest control
Some companies only clean. Heroes Zone also provides pest control as a separate visit. If you need both, say so in the same conversation — they are still scoped separately.
