In Dubai, dust settles fast and kitchens and bathrooms take daily use. Both kinds of visit have a place. The booking page for a deep clean is separate — this guide is only to help you tell them apart.
Regular or apartment cleaning
A standard visit focuses on the rooms you live in: kitchens, bathrooms, floors and reachable surfaces. It is the right choice when the home is occupied and you want it kept presentable, not rebuilt from the corners out.
- Day-to-day dust, floors and bathrooms
- Lived-in apartments and regular household cleaning
- Often paired with a maid schedule if you want recurring help
Deep cleaning
Deep cleaning spends more time on built-up dirt, edges, high-touch areas and detailed kitchen and bathroom work. It suits a seasonal reset, a property that has been heavily used, or a space that has not had a thorough visit in a long time.
- Kitchens and bathrooms that need more than a wipe-down
- Corners, skirtings and high-use rooms
- Move preparation or a post-occupancy refresh when the home is still furnished
How to choose
If you are unsure, describe the property and the rooms that bother you most. A handover of an empty unit is usually move-in / move-out cleaning, not a regular maid visit. Upholstery and carpets may need their own dedicated visits.
To request a deep clean, use the deep cleaning service page. To request a standard unit clean, use apartment cleaning.
